Terms of Service
Agreement to these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Construction work is governed by a separate signed contract, not by this page.
Use of this website
The site is provided for information about our services. You may not attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at volume, misrepresent your identity in a form submission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Estimates and proposals
Nothing on this website is a quote, an offer or a contract. Cost figures on this site are general Orange County ranges published for planning purposes and are not a price for your project. Written pricing follows an in-home measure and applies only to the scope stated in that document, for the period it names.
Scope, contracts and change orders
All work is performed under a signed written contract that states the scope, the schedule, the payment milestones and the warranty terms. Changes to scope during construction are handled by written change order, priced before the work proceeds. Conditions discovered behind finished surfaces at demolition are addressed the same way.
Permits, associations and third-party approvals
Where a project requires permits, we obtain them and schedule inspections as stated in the contract. Homeowner association and architectural committee approval remains the property owner’s decision to pursue; we prepare the submittal documents and respond to committee comments, but we do not control approval timelines or outcomes.
Images and content
Images on this website are illustrations of the type of work we perform. They are not photographs of completed client projects and should not be relied on as representations of any particular project. Text, layout and imagery on this site belong to Irvine Kitchen Remodeling Pros and may not be reproduced without permission.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on cabinetry, stone, hardware and appliances are provided by those manufacturers and passed through to you. Natural stone varies in colour, veining and movement between slabs, and engineered surfaces vary between production runs; variation is not a defect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if anything, for access to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here limits obligations under a signed construction contract.
Licensing
Irvine Kitchen Remodeling Pros holds a California contractor license. The license number appears on our written proposals and contracts and is available on request, as is a certificate of general liability insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California.
