Irvine Kitchen Remodeling Pros is a kitchen remodeling and kitchen construction company based in Irvine, California. We are licensed, insured and bonded, and we do not subcontract project management. One person owns your job from the first measurement to the final punch list.
What we do
Two kinds of work, run as two separate operations because the buyers are different.
Residential. Full kitchen remodels, open concept conversions, custom cabinetry, refacing, countertop and backsplash work, islands, expansions and outdoor kitchens. Free in-home estimates, itemised written proposals, one project manager.
Commercial. Apartment and condominium unit packages, restaurant build-outs, office and breakroom tenant improvements and hotel back-of-house renovations. Bid packages rather than estimates, phased around occupancy and inspection sequence.
How we work
- We measure before we price. Every estimate follows an in-home measure. Nothing is quoted from photographs or over the phone.
- Selections get locked early. Cabinetry is the longest lead item in almost every kitchen, so it goes on order first and the schedule is built around it.
- Estimates are itemised. Cabinet allowance, slab allowance, appliance allowance and labour are separated so you can see which decision moves the number.
- One point of contact. Project management is not subcontracted. The person who measured your kitchen is the person you call during the build.
- We say no. If refacing is the right answer we say refacing, and if the boxes are bad we say replace. A refacing job over failed boxes fails on our name, not yours.
Licensing, insurance and credentials
We hold a California contractor license and carry general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance, W-9 and additional insured endorsements are available on request for commercial and multifamily clients.
Our California contractor license number is listed on every written proposal and contract. Bonding capacity and surety details are confirmed on request for projects that require them.
Where we work
Irvine is home. We cover every Irvine ZIP code and the Woodbridge, Northwood, Turtle Rock, Quail Hill, University Park, Walnut, El Camino Real and Portola Springs villages, plus ten surrounding cities from Newport Beach and Lake Forest through to Dana Point and Yorba Linda.
The service area is deliberately held to roughly a twenty mile radius so the same crews and the same project manager run every job.
Who we work with
Homeowners are most of our work. We also work regularly with interior designers and architects on premium residential projects, and with general contractors, property managers, facility managers and hotel operations teams on the commercial side.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry a California contractor license and general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request, and the license number appears on every proposal and contract.
Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?
Both, depending on trade. Cabinet and finish installation is in-house. Licensed trade partners handle plumbing, electrical and structural work, and project management is never subcontracted.
Do you work with our designer or architect?
Yes, regularly. We build from designer drawings and coordinate selections, shop drawings and site meetings directly with the design team.
What warranty comes with a project we build?
Workmanship warranty terms are stated in the written contract, alongside the manufacturer warranties on cabinetry, stone, hardware and appliances.

Do you do bathrooms or whole-house remodels?
Kitchens are the focus. Adjacent scope that touches the kitchen, such as a butler pantry, wet bar, laundry or powder room, is commonly included in the same contract.
