What happens after you call
- A short call. Five minutes on what you want changed, the rough size of the room and your timing.
- The in-home measure. Usually within the same week. We measure, photograph, check the cabinet boxes and find where the plumbing and bearing walls run.
- An itemised written estimate. Allowances broken out for cabinetry, stone and appliances so you can see what each decision costs.
- No follow-up pressure. One call after the estimate to answer questions. If the timing is not right, we leave it with you.
What to have ready

- What is driving the project: layout, storage, surfaces, or all of it
- Whether you want a wall removed or the footprint changed
- Your timing, and whether you can manage without a working sink and stove for several weeks

Yes. The in-home measure and the written itemised estimate are free with no obligation.
Do you charge for design consultations?
Layout drawings and selections are included in a build contract. Measured plans and 3D renderings without construction are a paid service that credits toward the build.
Can I text this number?
No. Calls only. The form is the written route and we respond to it by phone.
Do you work weekends?
Estimates can be scheduled on a Saturday. Construction runs weekdays, and most homeowner association rules restrict weekend work anyway.
Do you require a deposit to schedule an estimate?
No. Deposits apply only once a contract is signed, and the schedule is stated in writing before anything is paid.
